Rijeka Raw is led by Luka Rilović, a historian and philosopher who came to Rijeka to study and never really left. With a background in political philosophy and a deep passion for the city's complex identity, Luka brings academic rigour and infectious enthusiasm to every tour. His approach is conversational, honest, and often provocative in the best possible sense — he wants you to leave with questions, not just answers.
All public tours are conducted in English and run from 15 May to 15 September. Private tours can be arranged year-round in English, Croatian, or Czech. Group bookings and educational field trips for schools and universities are warmly welcomed.
